Living in the Area

Merstham is a small town on the edge of the North Downs about 20 miles south of London and 11 miles north of Gatwick Airport. It has a population of approximately 7,000 and is in the Borough of Reigate & Banstead and the County of Surrey.

As it is part of the London commuter belt there is easy access to London by train (32 - 46 minutes) and the M25 & M23 motorway intersections are nearby.
